Unfair and Unprofessional Dissmissal

This company dismissed me unprofessionally (over whatsapp) and for an irrelevant personal matter that I had nothing to do with however my employer thinks everyone but her is a ****. I received no verbal or written warnings and I stuck by the company even though I was often paid late and it took 4 months for my salary and targets to be sorted out. Mike Pocket (the owner of the company) allowed his wife Carol Ross to do this. I am very disappointed with the ethic of Benclo Recruitment Consultants. I am now left with no job and no notice to find one
