Disappointed customer

I wanted to use Benchmark Sports Apparel for our school's jackets. Been communicating with Brian regarding designs and sample sizes. I asked for sample sizes in October and have been promised they just need to wash it and will then send it. It is more than a month later and I still have not received the sample sizes. Their communication is seriously lacking. I would not recommend them to anyone.
