Unprofessional, Dishonest, Not trustworthy

We paid for apartment 77 at Parkwood manor and handed in all the contracts. Next thing Lesego tells us that the owner has given it to other tenants due to the funds not reflecting in the account. Everyone knows transfers take about 48 hours and we even emailed him the proof of payment immediately after we paid which he said was not good enough. Now between him and the owner they are not taking any responsibility and instead want us to take another apartment. This is not correct, we paid for unit 77 and handed in the contracts way before the landlord gave the other tenants the apartment, it is legally and rightfully ours. We have spent so much money calling them, and chasing after Them. It's not fair what they doing. We want to take this matter further. I would advise you to not work with Lesego as he is unprofessional, he does not communicate with you or keep you in the loop, his services are unsatisfactory and he has not helped us at all. He has given Benchmark a bad name in our eyes. He does not have our best interest at heart. He is dishonest and not to be trusted.
