I bought a few items on www.benchsouthafrica.co.za worth R1500.00 in Dec 2023. They promised to deliver within 7-15 days. I started following up on the service12 <***> email address regarding delivery. They would say that the delivery is delayed. Eventually they told me my order got lost during shipping and they are not willing give a 100% deposit. They eventually said they would give me 50% deposit. its now April 2024, they still have not honored their word.

Please do not be tempted to buy from them, they are a **** company.
