In my case, Jacques du Toit promised me the earth and, when I received my items (very late, sub-standard and not as advertised), the owner, Vic Warrington, not only ignored / blocked / stalled my exhaustive attempts to reach an acceptable resolution (i.e., in line with the Consumer Protection Act), but also those from the National Consumer Commission and the Office of the Consumer Protector for the Western Cape. I am looking forward to the Small Claims Court reminding him that he is not above the law.<br> <br> This company can also be found under Benches for Africa.
