Delays in delivery.

<p>We ordered 2 benches and a umbrella. The benches arrived but not the umbrella. We followed up and got multiple reasons why it has not arrived yet. This persisted until we got a 100% guarentee for delivery to take place Tuesday, the following week. Multiple calls were made on said Tuesday to only be told that it will still be delivered and then on the last call I was told that delivery has been delayed till the following day. While they did inform me that they only had one working truck, a alternate planned should have been made. During this process we were told that they would call us back to provide feedback. We did not receive a single call from them. Very disappointing.</p>
