Terrible after sale care

It has now been 6 days and still no clear guidance on my return. Busi has very quick responses and not paying attention to what is being asked. I was asked to complete a form, which I did and radio silence for 3 days before I followed up again. I am going to miss the 14 days return due to the lack of response and attention to detail. I have purchased twice from Bena and seamless but this most recent experience will make me never buy anything from Bena again.
