Treating customers unfairly and disrespectful..

I bought a car from Ben morgenhood Ford, in randfontein. I was told the car has a oil sensor problem, I must send to the dealer they'll pay for the repair, which I did but only to find that is not sensor the engine is damaged diagnos by bmw dealership in nelspruit, since then called several times no helped or bored to keep me posted as owner of the motor vehicle, is been 8 months now am paying for the car I don't have. And at same time am busy fixing the car while they're busy enjoying my money... THIS GARAGE HAS NO MERCY TAKE IT FROM ME.. I HAVE FRIEND WITH THE SIMILAR PROBLEM FROM THE SAME GARAGE....
