How's about NO SERVICE?

<p>We went to our local Mazda Dealership called Ben Morgenrood Auto and a dealer called Hannelie could be Hannetjie. We test drove the new Mazda CX 3 got all the paperwork and handed it in by the 30th of May whereafter my husband got finance. On Monday 13th of June my Husband phoned and asked if everything is ok and the dealer assured him the car will be on the floor by Friday the 17th. On Monday the 20th when my husband phoned again the dealer told him the car wasn't there. My husband went to the dealership this morning and no one could tell him why the car wasn't there, the dealer just kept on wanting to sell my husband a more expensive car but didn't offer any assistance in to solving the problem, the Principal Dealer also kept on speaking over him and telling him there is no Mazda CX3 available in the colour we want in SA and they can only get us a car in 6-7 weeks. They still can't give us any reason why the car was not ordered 22 days ago when the paperwork was given to them. On the day we first spoke to the dealer she was very unprofessional to start off with, she was at a shop and had to be called in to the dealership and tried to tell us about her home life the whole time. I have never been so disappointed in doing business in my hometown and I really don't understand how this dealership still exists. </p>
