Ford Ben Morgenrood Randfontein Think twice when buying cars from them

Bought a brand new car from Ford Ben Morgenrood Randfontein. after 2 years the car started turning yellow at the back. Took it in and they said i must take it to the Ford accredited panel beater. After investigation the panel beater said that the car was panel beated. (this is a brand new car i bought). I asked if they can put it in a report, but a mail was sent to me that they cant because it will cause problems between the Panelbeating company and Ben Morgenrood. Went back to Ford Ben Morgenrood, they said i must get a AA report. The AA report picked up the same issues(panelbeating done,color not matching,Pit marks) Took the AA report back but still they said the AA report not true. After a few weeks they came back and said okay there was a small dent at the back which they fixed but did not spray or anything(No one informed me of this when i bought the car). I asked for the paperwork for the work that was done on the dent. After another few weeks i received it, and the date on the form was the same date that i went to collect my car, that was the morning. I spoke to the salesman and he said there was no one working on that car ever. I asked for a meeting with the lady in charge but the meeting was declined. So please be careful when buying cars from Ben Morgenrood Randfontein, as they definitely not putting their clients first.
