Damage caused by poorly trained service mechanics.

Purchased my Mazda 3 from.them . Serviced it after lock down . At high speed, the bottom plastic part under engine came.loose.. Asked the service man if all *****s are in place... he said yes. Today , ive reported to service and branch manager. They aren't responsible for faulty workmanship. Will.not trust the staff again .
