Bad Service very unprofessional Ben Morgenrood Randfontein.

I took my car in so that they can check the radiator on the 18th Of August 2022 which was leaking. They booked an appointment for the 25th of August 2022, they never send through the quote to warranty so that they can approve it ,they only did it on the 28th of August 2022 and then only ordered the radiator on the 1st of September and only fixed it on the 5th of September. They don't communicate with me unless I phone or send an email and they don't even reply on the emails all the time. I don't understand why it takes them 8 days just to get a radiator and also fix it. They are very unprofessional and also rude as they feel they are right and the customer is wrong. The only time they did something was when my husband phoned them ,just because they heard it's a male voice only then they tried to do something. Also how does the mechanic foreman not pick up why it's taking so long.
