Ben Bierman

We started renting a flat at Ben Bierman properties at around June of 2022. We paid our rent every 25th of each month. We also paid extra on the deposit as we are paying it off. We are still R419 behind on deposit.

My fiance is getting transferred to another section in the company he is working for and therefore we could not pay rent end of January but we can pay it on the 15th of February. We went to the agency on Thurday to arrange payment for the 15th and also settle the due amount of the deposit. So the lady informed us she cannot except it and we must pay R2000 that day otherwise the electricity is going to be cut. They cut both our electricity and water. We owe them R5000 in total. Rent R2800, water and electricity R1781 and the rest of the deposit R419. Which will be paid on the 15th. It's not that we are 3 or for 4 month behind, today it's only 10 days behind. My question is why cut the water, can't even use the toilet or wash hand. Cooking on gas is also out cause no water. My 8 year old son is asthmatic and I need to use the nebulizer on him when he needs it. I just think what they are doing is ******* especially cutting the water
