No service, but you'll still pay
Ordered a water test for rainwater collection tank about 6 months ago. Dropped off my samples, filled in a form with the details. Never heard back from them.
6 Months later I get a call from an attorney for debt collection because of non-payment. Apparently they sent the results to the wrong email, but couldn't be bothered to phone me (I received a copy of my original form and my email is correctly written on it!). Instead they passed my account on to some law firm to try and recoup the money for a service never delivered.
Stay away!

18 Feb 2019, 14:53After informing BEMLAB of the issue they checked the records and confirmed the fault on their side, then cleared my account. I'm glad to see some companies still take customer service seriously.
Received a phone call from a BEMLAB employee, apologizing for the mistake.
