Bem Vindo's Last Straw

I'm just going to give you a breakdown of what happened tonight.

The atmosphere was completely ruined by the ********** Tavern music playing In a family Mediterranean restaurant. Starters was cold, trying to be covered with warm sauce. Main was salty and dry pizza bread with tasteless ham and pineapple Cake was warmed in the microwave, Though we could taste the old cake and the icing melted away. Our drinks we had to buy by the liquor store because they never have Drostdy Hof Adelpracht and Nederburg Rosé and Graca Rosé and they removed my wife and I's favorite Drostdy Hof Rosé. All we ever pay is Corkage Fee. This is the 3rd time this has occurred.

Waitress forgets to give us plates, and constantly don't know what we asking for and has to ask people at the back. It was just poor service.

Whatever manager that was on duty on the 19th December 2024, should be ashamed of what they allowed.

I've been boasting about this establishment for years to work colleagues, friends and family. All to find out that I'm sending this to this heap of a mess. No class, no attention to detail. Just all-round mediocre.

I am ashamed to say it but I was wrong to call you my favorite restaurant.

Whoever is reading this, be warned, do not have your hopes up for this place like I did. You'll be tragically disappointed.

This is my final straw. I don't think I'll be going back again.
