Belvedere exploiting the elderly

<p>The continuing saga of Belvedere taking the elderly for a ride. We have lived in a Belvedere so called retirement village for 3 years. It is still not registered as a retirement village and has none of the amenities of a retirement village and is never likely too until we are in our boxes! Today we have no water. The Council turned it off because Belvedere have not paid the outstanding water statements from over 3 years ago. We pay our levies to Belvedere each month but I wonder what they do with this money. We have people here who have just come out of hospital and are sick, etc It is now gone 7 in the evening and they have made no provision for water supply eg water tankers. Heaven help us if a fire should break out! This is one of the many complaints regarding Belvedere. To list them all would take too long! Please if you are thinking retirement villages don't go anywhere near Belvedere. They are con artists!</p>
