BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM BELVEDERE RETIREMENT VILLAGES/TRUST/GROUP

We are having the same problem of not receiving payment from Belvedere after cancellation of life rights. Their sales consultants and lawyer never answer their phones or reply to any emails.

This **** of delaying payment for several months, sometimes even years, has been going on for years.

It is shocking that they have been getting away with this for so many years. They think they are above the law. They are destroying retired people lives – their finances, health and happiness.
