Worst Cape Town dining experience

Firstly I would like to state that I have always thought of Beluga as a good quality restaurant but my experience on Saturday 9 December proved me wrong. It was a busy night which we excused because we don’t mind waiting as long as we still get service and good food. Our steaks came with no sauce or side dishes (which we did order). We asked the waitress twice where the sauce was but she only brought it once our steaks were already cold. One person in our party only received his food once all of us were done eating. We asked to see the manager twice and both times he only told us that he’ll be back without actually doing or solving anything. We did end up paying, after they only offered to not charge us for the sauce which we actually didn’t even have!!?? This restaurant will never see me again, they suffer from poor management and staff who obviously don’t know how to do their jobs properly. Absolute worst experience!
