Shocking Food
We had a pre-booking at Beluga for Friday, August 21 for 30 people. Beautiful restaurant, however, service, food took appalling to another level.
Waited over 25 mintues for drinks with about 3 reminders to the waitress. One table was told there were no ribs available, another table was told there were ribs, and half an hour after taking the order, we were told there were no ribs. We were told the lamb shoulder was still frozen so it will be replaced by lamb shank. Lamb shank arrived (dry and hard), with a lump of mash, ran out of lamb shank, and then some shoulder arrived, full of fat, crumbled bones and blob of mash with some sort of gravy.

At no point did any manager come around to even ask if we were okay. We had about ten waiters running around the tables, all getting it wrong.

For an upmarket restaurant, I am not even appalled, but disgusted by the service and the food,
