Poor Service at Beluga Waterfall

On Sunday 31/01 my cousin had recommended we dine at Beluga in Waterfall as she had really enjoyed the crayfish starter the previous time she went there. To our dismay the portion size of the starter we received was very small in comparison to the portion she ate the previous time. We were upset due to the price we had to pay for such a small piece of crayfish. We explained this to our waitress and the manager and we even showed them a picture my cousin had taken of the crayfish from the first time to compare overall size and quality of food being served. Despite seeing how upset we were nothing was done. In fact they just shrugged their shoulders and said this is the portions they have now and walked away. During the duration of our meal no one had even checked on us and our breadbasket had remained on our very small table throughout dinner. I am very disappointed with the service we received considering it is such a well established restaurant. I will not be eating there again and will not recommend this to any of my friends or relatives!!
