Only serving Alcoholic champagne to patrons

Good day, I was so excited to make a booking for a couple close to me for Valentines day supper, on contacting to make the booking I was advised by the Manager Nerisha that they would only serve alcoholic champagne to all patrons, I could not understand as to why provision was not made for non alcoholic champagne as this couple do not drink, it is shocking that there is not an alternative for patrons that do not consume alcohol on such a special day, I was extremely dissapointed.
