Atrocious service at Beluga Gateway

I just had the worst service of my life from Beluga Gateway. Firstly our waiter delayed in giving us the wine list, then he told us some story about his colleague's birthday party that most of the staff attended so they were short staffed. We took that even though it's not our problem. Cool. We order my prawns with his recommended 'sticky rice' and my boyfriend orders lamb chops. My prawns arrive with sushi rice the so called 'sticky rice' and our waiter leaves. We believe he's fetching cutlery and my partner's food. To our surprise we waited 15 mins and still nothing. No lamb chops and no cutlery for both of us. Mind you during our wait our waiter didn't check on us nor did he update us on the status of our order. We eventually called the senior manager who was sweet and took our details but the damage had already been done. Beluga Gateway goes down as the worst restaurant I've ever dined at! Truly disappointing since we've never experienced such service from the Beluga at Waterfall.
