Do not do business with Belting Supplies ( Bestobell) in City Deep, Johannesburg

I experienced the worst customer service bar none from all the companies i have ever done business with in South Africa. The incompetence runs deep, from the confused 'sales people' right through to their director. I was made to feel like a second rate customer after waiting over a week for a quote then being told they could not help me after being told telephonically and via email that my quote will be sent shortly. I arrive to their premises to be told that i will deal with the director who then takes he's time to assist me then tries to make me look like an idiot because he received the incorrect feedback from he's *********** 'sales person' that never knew he's ass from he's head.

Potential customers should avoid doing business with Belting supplies (Bestobell) as the arrogance from the director will definitely leave a sour taste in your mouth.
