Watch was Worn by Jacques Belt and Band whits in his care for replacement strap

I gave a number of watches to Belt & Band of my own design to create, which he did, however without permission he used the designs for other watches and also without my permission used images of my watches on his webpage for advertising his work after expressly denying him the copywriter to use such images to grow his company. the Watches, the strap design and the ideas are proprietary and when asked to remove them he did not and in doing so infringed copyright law. The watches, the straps belong to me and since I receive no remuneration they may be used in his capacity as marketing assets. when reminded him of this he ignored my requests. Careful. very self righteous and ungrateful considering I invested thousands into his company for work done to get him started. my R50,00.00 Tudor Black bay was also worn when it was left wit him for 5 days to fir the strap
