poor service

absolutely no service..i sent designed artwork in -waited a whole week just to receive the layout back wrong -changes took 2 weeks on only 16x soccer kits. i then paid the invoice in full 4 weeks later nobody called so called in just to hear they didnt start yet.in total now week 6 ..still nothing.
