Does not honour agreements. Terrible service.

We ordered 13 shirts from Belrex467 cc (Belarus Clothing as per their invoice). Their communication is really shocking and they received a big order just after they accepted our order. We are part of a bigger team a lot of other shirts from them. The two teams that we ordered for, when picked up, were extremely bad quality, the pictures were oversized and pixelated/grainy.

We went to see them and they told us it is their fault and they will sort it out.

When we approved the new proof for the shirts, suddenly they changed their tune and Tayla informed us we'll have to pay for the new order.

Their service is poor and their communication is even worse. They do not honour their agreements.

Terrible experience.
