Have not received my order!

I placed an order on the 25th of May 2023. They committed in writing to deliver the order (pjs and slippers for my bride****s) by the 23rd of June 2023.

It is now the 12th of July 2023 and I have not received the order. The business has not provided any updates to manage expectations. To deal with this while planning a wedding which is meant to be a joyful time has been incredibly disappointing. I am passing this to my lawyers now.
