Poor service from Labrisa Spa

I booked a Swedish massage and gelish manicure for Monday afternoon 18 November 2019. Even though the massage was great I was massively disappointed with the manicure that I was charge a R615 for! Barely a proper scrub and I asked my the****** for a french ombre nail application I was left with just a normal french tip manicure. As your eyes are covered during the manicure that happens after the massage I did not see my nails until it was done. The finishing was also done poorly with gel residue left on my skin which I had to go back to have removed. I was promised a refund the next day (Tuesday), but has to contact the spa myself to ask when are they going to contact me. I was told that the debtors clerk was off sick and will get back to me on Wednesday. It is now Friday and I am still waiting. Are tourists also being treated like this or is it only the locals?
