*****ulent advertising and not delivering

This company is a **** l placed an order in January its May now and l am still waiting for delivery. She has blocked me from their instagram because l complained. Every month l am told “we will deliver next week” and every week is “next week” than their crashes than l was told l will receive a refund. 5 months later, No refund, no delivery and they are ignoring my texts.
