Belly Natural's rude owner

I came across a page on Instagram called belly natural by Nolita Stoan a small business selling belly slimming juice I contacted her we spoke and I made a payment, then I waited she promised to deliver via pexi within 3 to 5 days, seeing that time passes by and I haven't received any message from the courier i contacted her, she was so care free and rude and told me to be patient, on my second enquiry i requested a refund she told me if she were to refund everyone client she wouldn't have a business to run, I asked her to deliver on time as promised and take care of clients if she cares about her business 2weeks later I am stll waiting, she is so rude, big headed and care free
