Bad treatment and ********* return policy

Ridiculous and Disgusting Service on Human Rights Day<br> Im a regular customer at belly bean. Had bought a top two weeks ago but went out of town. Recently got back, today decided to return the items. Had also checked the slip for return policy and there was nothing but did inform one of the employees that I may return the goods and she said I must just keep the slip. While in the fitting room I heard this lady talking to another lady in Afrikaans, the other lady said she must not do an exchange. I went to thecounter and the huge erlderly purple hair lady showed me some note and said I cannot exchange or return as their policy is 2day return or exchange. I tried to reason and explain to her that I never seen this note and the slip mentioned nothing about 2days. So I asked for the owners number. She then screamed at me, shouted and saying I must get the hell out of the shop. I went to the car to get my phone to show her something she then called the police on me. I strongly felt that she would have not treated someone of her same skin the way she treated me. Her approach is unacceptable and *********. I really feel offended by this and want to take necessary steps
