Male need to relieve them too from 4pm to 6pm

I just visited Bellville Library. I find out male toilets are closing at 4pm while the library is closing at 6pm from Monday to Thursday. Why they cannot change the working hours for the entire library to 4pm, if people cannot relive themselves for the entire 2 hours. or it catered for certain gender for the 2 hours (4pm to 6pm)
