Worst service ever received- Bellville Furniture

I ordered and fully paid furniture from the Somerset West branch of Bellville furniture on 21 June 2018. I requested delivery to be made on 6 July 2018 which they confirmed.

On the day they were suppose to deliver I received a phone call to say there is no stock available and that my original order was never placed. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. After numerous phone calls to them and weeks later I still had not yet received my money. They did not want to give me the name or contact number of the owner. Today (25 July 2018) I finally received my refund after I referred the matter to my lawyer yesterday.

It really is the worst service I have ever received. If you must shop there, at least take your purchases with you and dont deliver or you might not see it or your money again.
