WORST SERVICE EVER

I bought a couch, ottoman and headboard in August cash, more than 2 months down the line they delivered the head board and incorrect couch and no ottoman, they took the couch back and said the will come back and deliver the correct one, I call and call , no response ... Saturday I go there to cancel my order and they say it will take 2 day ... Its now 3 days , I call them , they tell me 7 days.... I want all my money know....I cant be waiting for 4 months ! I WANT MY REFUND NOW..... POOR SERVICE
