Worst furniture shop to shop at!

The worst furniture shop to shop at, I placed my order on 29 September 2024 2+ months later 7 Dececember still haven't received my couch and not receiving a clear indication of when I'll receive it. I'm beyond frustrated and have been told by them no refund will be granted.
