Worst customer service EVER!

We spent over R12000 on an order including custom, flat packed furniture, which we waited over a month for. We then received damaged pre-assembled furniture that came from their store floor (it even still had the price sticker on it). Out of the 15 times we called, nobody could give straight answers to questions and nobody bothers calling back (not even the manager). We were also promised a refund and had to resort to driving to the store and refusing to leave until we received our money back! Absolutely disgusted! Bellville Furniture - you really spoiled my baby room nesting experience! I have never been more disappointed with any other store in my life. If I could give a 0 star I would've.
