Will not buy from them again!!!!

I am disgusted with this place. Will never buy from them again. I gave up on them and will not refer them to anyone. My couch was replaced two times. First time it was not made according to how I wanted it, the daybed was on the wrong side even though I reminded them about it when it was made. Second time, the quality was terrible and was not comfortable to sit on. Third time, I received my couch after the the December holidays after the "quality" was improved and in the same year the couch started to make sounds when you sit on it. I called them and mailed them and they confirmed it is not right. Still waiting for the call to come amd fetch and fix it.
