Waiting for refund since July 2024

This is the worst service provider ever. I paid 100% including installation for wall paper in July 2024. After numerous follow ups via whatsapp witg sale consultant which is no longer in there employ and thereafter with the store manager for request for my refund todate I still do not have my refund. Ive been patient accommodative but surely it cannot take this long. Ive requested contact details to ecsalate the matter yet all I received was a generic email. I simply just want my refund but the blatant ignorance to my request has led to this platform.
