Unproffessional staff and bad service delivery

On the 7th of December I made a laybye and was assisted by Dennis then on the 21st of December I went to finish off by paying the balance, on the day of paying the balance I was told that the next day which was the 22nd the delivery will take place. I was then told that the delivery will be done on the 27th of December, still there was nothing. Instead I was sent from this person to the other until I wrote on instagram I didn't receive any way forward. My posted on Facebook and she was told i refunded offwhich I never received anything,after that I was blocked on their Facebook page.I want nothing to do with them except my money,yesterday I went to their branch and the staff member William told me that the lounge suit that I bought was available before Christmas and the salesman Dennis sold my order to the customer from westcoast because of being greedy. Now I told them i want my money back still they are sending me back and forth, Dennis sent me a whattsapp (which is I find it so unprofessional) telling me that he will deduct 20% as i am cancelling a laybye, offwhich I am cancelling due to poor customer service and I want nothing to do with these greedy people they are misleading people. I want my money back they are so providing a pathetic service.
