Unexeptible service will never buy here again.

<p>We drove to Belville furniture too purchase a couch. We were only informed about a 4 week wait on delivery after we made the purchase. Which is not the way a business should treat it's clients first of all. You inform a customer of everything before they buy something from you. </p> <p> </p> <p>That being said. </p> <p> </p> <p>We left the store. We have been waiting for 5 weeks now and everytime I phone (total of 6 times) to find out where it is and when it will be delivered I get no answer and empty promises. </p> <p> </p> <p>We only live 20 minutes away from the store. Could have ordered something from Johannesburg and it would have been delivered in 2 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>We will never buy here again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unexeptible customer service.</p>
