Terribly disappointing service

Wow, we really thought such an amazing place. However, its the end of week 6 and we still waiting for the couch. It was bad enough that we had to follow up at the end of the 5th week. No call back as promised, then call again the following week and still no answers. You advise that it will be made in 4 weeks, delivered in the 5th. This is getting absolutely ridiculous!!
