Refund joke

<p>Bellville Furniture awesome shop but seems that's where it stops , Day 5 of waiting for a refund on a returned item , after many calls and loads of excuses no return phone calls no replies to emails, seems the manager and the person that does refunds are never in. Absolutely pathetic...after looking at hello Peter this seems to be a trend with refunds and after sale service. Rather sad as the shop is actually rather nice and sales staff where friendly and helpful when we were shopping , management should rethink the way they handle customers cause this is in acceptable .......</p>
