Product quality and service not what was promised

Worst place to buy a couch. The showroom units and the delivered unit differs. Foam used on coach is not High density as promised. Poor quality material used. We asked specific questions about the purchased couch as we were looking for specific quality, witch this is not. Service is non existent. Sabrie the sales consultant over promises and under delivered. We were promised that we would get our couch after 3 weeks, we received it after 4 and a half weeks. When we logged the complaint we get promises of getting calls back to advise on the status witch Sabrie does not do. Also promises of a manager calling us back, but no call back from a manager. In essence they would rather ignore the problem and hope it goes away than to assist a client. I will never recommend them for anything. They have no after sale service.
