Pathetic and unprofessional service

Dear Bellville Furniture

Till this far I have received terrible service from Bellville Furniture, in particular Annelene and the store manager! I have ordered couches from 28 Dec’18 and only received them 25 Feb’19! For some reason the EFT I’ve made (of which the sales lady was not even aware of) was deducted twice from my account! This was brought to Annalene’s attention on the 25th when I’ve received the couches! To date I have not yet received my refund!! And am not receiving any support from the store manager in resolving this matter!!!
