Good Day,

Last weekend my partner and I came to your store to purchase a couch. I paid cash and was informed by Sharon that the couch would be delivered This week. I have now followed-up with her and the store since Wednesday this week with no ETA. I am somewhat annoyed because after payment was made we were informed that the couch we purchased would be delivered.

Now at the end of the week, I am being given a number of excuses and none of these has resulted in an actual date of delivery. Now I am being given excuses that I am number 9 on a list of clients who had purchased the same item. This was not what we were told when purchasing the item and now I in the unfortunate position where I need to make arrangements with my office to be home.

The most annoying experience I have had so far and I have made several requests to have the despatch manager call me but to-date have not received a call. I believe your calls are recorded and would welcome you to listen to my call this afternoon.

This is my first time purchasing from you and if this is the after-sale service I can expect then I may need to revisit my store of choice and inform others of my distasteful experience thus far.
