Non existent service from staff at Bellville furniture!

I went looking for a bed and couches for my new home... To my disappointment I received the worst service from various staff members at Bellville Furniture. Promises were made, nothing was done! Further more, they want to charge a delivery fee when their website clearly states FREE delivery globally - Shocking!

On Tuesday 3/08 (My third call) I requested a quote via WhatsApp and also submitted a screen shot of the web page clearly stating free delivery, no surprise I'm still waiting for the quote

As you know word of mouth is the best adverti*****t and I will make sure to spread the news of my "exhilarating" experience...

One other thing, I do notice that there are various HP complaints about terrible service for the same staff members that assisted me - I mean come on, does the owners not care?
