Incompetence and horrible service

********** service! Incompetence is rife here. Do not buy furniture from this place. We ordered three bar stools that never arrived. Only after trying to contact them several times did they inform us that the stools were no longer being manufactured. They then tried to sell us other stools even after we made it clear that we wanted a refund. In the end it took them four months to refund our money. The staff are *********** and the owner does not care.
