I will not advise any one to buy from them. The products is VERY WEAK and you get TERRIBLE and sarcastic service from them!!!! I regret spending my money on this *******!!!!

I bought a couch from them on the 3rd of December 2017 and collected it on 16 Dec because they told me they are not going to deliver as I live 120km from the shop. The day of the pick up the bank was completed wrapped when I got there so I could not see if the bank was in a good condition. I noticed a tear at the back of the couch, the thread began to come thorn loose and the back piece of the couch makes a cracking noise when you sit up against it. After phoning them I was told they will replace the couch seeing as I have a 5-year warranty. Then the no response started. I had to phone them numeric times and had to resend the emails about 3 times as they were able to loose the emails each time. After more than 2 weeks of phoning and sending emails with no response back I final got a response from them on WhatsApp which is in my opinion is not professional at all. They told me they were not going to replace the couch as it is a cigarette burn. No one in my house even smokes so it is impossible to be a cigarette burn. After an ongoing argument on WhatsApp with a very sarcastic employ of them. They agreed to look at the couch. They expected from me to hire a trailer and take the couch back to Cape Town and then IF they decide to replace the couch I must then once again hire a trailer to go and fetch the couch because I picked it up myself after they told me to pick it up myself as they will not deliver my couch as I wanted it to be done.

I will never recommend anyone to buy something from them. Useless and unprofessional is not even the word to use.
