Horrible service!!!

I bought 2 x 3seater couches from Bellville Furnishers. Paid R3600 deposit and was told waiting period is 4 weeks, whereafter my order will be finished and couches ready. Week 4 I phoned and was told only ONE couch was made, order was wrongly put through. I must wait ANOTHER week. Upon follow up a week later, I was informed 1 couch is ready for pick up, got there, WRONG COLOUR!!!!! Must wait ANOTHER wee****!! Then couches were deliverd and WRONG AGAIN!!! Instead of 2 x 3seaters, 1 x 2 seater and 1 x 3 seater were delivered!!! Just to end this horrible experience, I accepted the 2 seater. Now, 3 weeks later, couches are falling apart!!!!! Phoned in, emailed aswell, sent photos, only to be told that it is the SUPPLIER'S fault and I must deal with them? Up to date, NOBODY bothered to phone me, come out to look, NOTHING!!! The owners blocked me on Facebook so I can't warn others or raid about the absolute disgrace of so called service I get from them. The owners even tried to involve us in their internal problems!!!!!!! Do not EVER buy from this shop. Bad bad bad HORRIBLE service is all that one will get!!!!!!!!
