Great service & quality products

We recently purchased a couch from Bellville Furniture after being referred to them by a friend. We received great assistance from Jay Jay when deciding on which couch to choose and once it was chosen we started the long 4-6 week wait while it was being manufactured. Shortly after the purchase I was going through the Google reviews for the company & became very worried as a lot of the reviews were not good & berated myself for not checking that before we made such a big purchase with them. With said, at the 4-week mark I called the store to check on my order & was assisted by a very friendly & helpful lady named Naomi. We did receive our couch in week 5 just in time for my birthday, & I can honestly say the team went above & beyond to make sure we received our couch on time & that we were happy. We are delighted with our purchase! The quality & craftsmanship of our couch is great, & their prices are really affordable for lovely items. I can honestly say that in our case I have nothing bad to say, our experience with them was top class. Thank you Bellville Furniture team!
